Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on jl12. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If jl12 determines that a player holds more than one account, jl12 may close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl12 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jl12 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jl12 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws, jl12 is required to verify the identity of all players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by jl12 as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.
jl12 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jl12 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to request additional verification before crediting any deposit to your account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jl12 account. jl12 aims to process most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and volume of requests.
The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on jl12 and must not be used to fund your account under any circumstances:

jl12's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl12 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jl12 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your jl12 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and jl12, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jl12 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
